Tattoo Student Portfolio
My name is Eric De Barros. I’ve decided to become a full time professional tattoo artist. I’ve always planned on becoming a tattoo artist eventually, but I support my family on my income (as an illustrator, storyboard artist and motion designer), so the unpaid apprenticeship system kept me from starting sooner. I now have enough money saved up to live off of for a few months, so am ready to make the leap of faith, quit my job and become a tattoo artist. I am either going to enroll in tattoo school in Portland, OR, or become an apprentice in Vancouver, WA, whichever route allows me to transition into full time professional tattooing as soon as possible.
